From Sydney to San Francisco, my role with eBay was to conceive, create and deliver transformative digital campaigns at mass-scale. We worked across every digital touchpoint without a single error, from onsite to driving customers through CRM, display and social.

The below projects were all done in tandem with my team of designers (visual, UX, motion, etc.), writers, and developers. My role was to provide creative direction, conceptual thinking, strategy, and leadership.

Through granular personalization, we were able to serve the most relevant and tailored messaging across all channels, increasing frequency, revenue and retention.

Onboarding Emails

My team crafted eBay’s global onboarding emails, education modules, and micro animations to help new users learn about its vibrant e-commerce platform. These comms, along with most of our campaigns, were transcreated for AU, UK, US, DE, FR, IT, and ES. The emails are personalized, based on the users interests and behaviors. Below is the personalized welcome email which is the first email a user receives when registering with eBay.
